Terms and Conditions for https://pullrate.store
1. General
These general terms and conditions apply between PullRate, a sole proprietorship (personne physique / eenmanszaak) registered in Belgium, and you as the customer.
By placing an order on pullrate.store, you enter into a binding agreement with PullRate.
These terms and conditions apply to consumers purchasing through pullrate.store. To purchase as a consumer, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent if you are under 18 years of age.
Please note: Our products (collectible trading cards and sealed TCG products) are collector's items intended for adults. They are not toys and are not intended for children under 14 years of age.
2. Prices and Product Information
All prices are displayed in EUR. PullRate operates under the Belgian VAT exemption regime for small businesses (régime de franchise de la taxe / bijzondere vrijstellingsregeling).
We reserve the right to make changes to prices, correct typing or factual errors, and remove sold-out products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly in color or presentation depending on your screen settings.
Collectible products: Natural variations such as printing differences, centering deviations, manufacturing lines, surface marks from production, or other factory-related characteristics are not considered defects and are not grounds for complaint.
3. Ordering and Order Confirmation
After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please check it immediately and contact us if anything is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes to orders once processing has begun.
4. Pre-orders
Pre-orders are binding. By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the item upon its release. If you cancel a pre-order before shipment, we reserve the right to charge an administrative handling fee of €10 to cover our costs.
Repeated cancellations or abuse of the pre-order system may result in future pre-orders being refused.
Release dates shown on pre-orders are estimates provided by publishers and distributors. PullRate is not liable for delays caused by publishers, distributors, or logistics partners.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and applicable Belgian consumer law (Code de droit économique / Wetboek van economisch recht), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received your order.
The right of withdrawal applies only if:
- The product is in its original, factory-sealed, and unopened packaging
- The product has not been used or damaged
- The seal has not been broken
Sealed TCG products (booster packs, booster displays, booster boxes, and similar sealed items) where the factory seal has been broken are explicitly excluded from the right of withdrawal, as the value of the product depends on its sealed nature.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at Pullrate@outlook.com before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. PullRate is not liable for returns lost in transit.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Packages that are not collected, or that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, will be returned to us. In such cases, a handling fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping and administrative costs.
6. Complaints
The right to make a complaint applies in accordance with Belgian consumer law, with the following limitations:
Sealed TCG products are sold in factory-sealed packaging. Natural variations in printing, centering, manufacturing lines, surface marks, or other production-related characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered by the right of complaint.
A complaint may only be made if:
- You received a product different from what you ordered
- The product was visibly damaged during transport in a way that affects the product itself (not just the outer shipping packaging)
Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, with photographic evidence. Contact us at pullrate@outlook.com.
Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or normal wear is not covered.
7. Delivery and Shipping
We ship via bpost, DHL, and/or PostNL depending on the destination and order size.
Delivery times:
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- EU: 3–8 business days
- Pre-orders: shipped on or shortly after the official release date
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders — see current conditions on the website.
International deliveries outside the EU: the customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local fees.
PullRate is not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs processes beyond our control.
8. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods include credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and other methods displayed at checkout.
All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. PullRate does not store payment card details.
9. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information (name, address, phone number, email) when placing your order. PullRate is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Please check your order confirmation immediately after purchase. Any errors must be reported as soon as possible before the order is processed.
10. Promotions and Restrictions
Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Promotions may end without prior notice. PullRate reserves the right to limit quantities per customer to prevent bulk purchasing for resale purposes (scalping).
11. Right to Refuse Orders
PullRate reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order without providing a specific reason. This applies in particular to cases of suspected fraud, repeated unjustified returns, unclaimed packages, suspected scalping, violation of these terms, or other misuse.
In the event of a cancelled order, any payments will be refunded in full, less any applicable fees as described in these terms.
Inappropriate behavior: PullRate reserves the right to refuse service to any customer engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward our team.
12. Limitation of Liability
PullRate strives to provide accurate and up-to-date product information but cannot guarantee completeness. We are not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, changes in a card's collector value, or damage resulting from misuse of products.
13. Force Majeure
PullRate is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, publisher delays, distributor shortages, or transport disruptions.
14. Personal Data
PullRate processes personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Belgian data protection law. Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing customer service, and is never sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfill your order (e.g. shipping carriers).
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at pullrate@outlook.com. Order-related records are retained for the period required by Belgian accounting law.
